Updated Full List Of Charges Filed In Beta Theta Pi Case

Centre County District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller held a press conference Monday in Bellefonte to announce new charges against 17 former brothers of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity related to Tim Piazza’s death. Twelve of those charged Monday morning are new defendants in the case, while five of those charged were already facing other charges based on previous evidence.

Eighteen former brothers were originally charged as part of the case in May. After preliminary hearings, some of those charges — including all felonies — were dismissed by a judge. Many of the dismissed charges have since been refiled by the district attorney’s office.
