Applications Close Friday For Homecoming 2018 Captains

Penn State Homecoming is now accepting captain applications for Homecoming 2018. The organization includes 16 captain committees with more than 100 total captains, each with unique responsibilities to organize the university’s annual Homecoming celebration and surrounding events.

“Homecoming is a great way to get involved at Penn State, and a captain position gives students the opportunity to develop leadership skills while showing their Penn State pride!” Homecoming 2018 Public Relations Director Kylie Schneck said.

Those who wish to apply must fill out an electronic application on the Homecoming website and submit a hard copy in the Homecoming office (227B HUB) by 5 p.m. Friday, January 19.

Homecoming plans to announce the dates for this year’s celebration at noon on Tuesday, January 16.
