Beaver Hall Evacuated Late Wednesday

Valentine’s Day at Penn State is going out hot. Beaver Hall was evacuated around midnight Wednesday as two Alpha Fire Company engines arrived at the scene.

Campus Police said they’re investigating the situation, but weren’t able to provide definitive details on what happened. Students were allowed back into the building at 12:18 a.m. Thursday after about a 15 minute wait.

Beaver Hall is located just north of Redifer Commons at the intersection of Mifflin Road and McKean. We’ll continue to update this story as more information becomes available.
