SPA To Host Comedian Brittany Broski For Virtual Q&A, In-Person Watch Party April 20

Penn State’s Student Programming Association will host comedian and social media star Brittany Broski for a virtual Q&A event on Tuesday, April 20.

The event will begin at 8 p.m. that night. SPA is working alongside WPSU Radio to stream the event.

Students can sign up and submit their questions through an online form.

Additionally, Penn State’s Office of Student Activities will host an in-person viewing of the Q&A on the HUB Lawn. Attendees must wear masks and social distance.

Broski is most known for her viral “kombucha girl” video that gained Internet fame in 2019. Now, she has more than 6 million TikTok followers and nearly 900,000 YouTube subscribers.

Broski was named Paper magazine’s TikToker of the year and has worked with MTV, appeared on Comedy Central, and was featured in a Super Bowl commercial.

Like every SPA event, Broski’s Q&A is free for Penn State students and funded by their student-initiated fee. Students will need to verify themselves using their WebAccess IDs before entering the virtual event.
