Stevens was a former three-star recruit in the Class of 2015. In four seasons at Penn State, Stevens threw for 304 yards with four touchdowns and only one interception. He also totaled 14 receptions for 62 yards and two touchdowns between 2017 and 2018.
Stevens transferred for his final season of eligibility to Mississippi State, where he threw for 1,155 yards with 11 touchdowns and five interceptions.
