What Color To Wear To The 2021 Stripe Out

Penn State football will play in its fourth straight home game when it hosts Indiana on Saturday, October 2. The game will also be Penn State’s annual Stripe Out game, where fans at Beaver Stadium wear a predetermined color (blue or white) and create a striped pattern around the stadium — a tradition that started in 2015.

If you’ve never experienced a Stripe Out, you’re probably wondering what color to wear. To find out, simply head on over to the official Stripe Out website and enter your section found on your ticket to find your corresponding color. To keep things simple, all Penn State students will wear white.

You don’t want to be that person who ruins this wallpaper-worthy scene, so wear the right color and enjoy the view of the stadium’s stripes under the lights. If you can’t find your color for some reason, just don’t wear red. That would just spoil everything.

Fans will also look forward to this night game rematch with the Hoosiers after a devastating overtime loss last season. So, rest up for the 7:30 p.m. kickoff and bring the energy next weekend.
