Grate Chee Finally Reopens In The HUB

Grilled cheese lovers, rejoice!

Grate Chee has reopened at the HUB food court. The stand, which is located next to Slim Chickens and Soup & Garden, will now be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, according to HUB Dining’s website.

Grate Chee initially closed when the pandemic hit in 2020 and hadn’t reopened until now. It typically sells a wide assortment of grilled cheeses, melts, and even breakfast sandwiches.

Grate Chee offers a 10% discount for those using meal points or LionCash. Like a good number of HUB locations, Grate Chee doesn’t yet offer mobile ordering through Penn State Eats.
