Rolling Lion Food Truck To Offer Free Tacos & Snacks On April 4

On Monday, April 4, the Rolling Lion food truck will give out free street tacos and stickies to celebrate and promote Penn State’s upcoming Startup Week.

From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., you can catch the Rolling Lion behind the Carnegie Building across from the Willard Building. The menu’s Korean tacos offer a preview for new options hitting the dining halls next fall, while featured stickies will serve as a handheld version of the Bryce Jordan Center’s lion paw stickies.

“In the spirit of innovation, we’re excited to use the Rolling Lion food truck to give away free food to students and also test out some new products for our dining areas,” said Jim Meinecke, associate director of Residential Dining.

Moving on from food, Pepsi will be providing drinks. Students will also be able to try out Starbucks new Baya drinks in three different flavors.

Penn State’s sixth-annual Startup Week will offer loads of activities for student involvement from April 4 to 8. Check out our preview to learn more about the upcoming entrepreneurial event, which will feature guest speakers, workshops, networking events, and more.
