State College Police Investigating Death Of 22-Year-Old

A 22-year-old was found dead in an area near the Fraser Street parking garage, as announced by the State College Police Department Friday. An investigation is currently ongoing.

The incident occurred at approximately 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, March 18, according to a release. Police did not identify the deceased individual.

“The individual was found to have suffered fatal injuries consistent with a fall from above,” SCPD wrote.

Though the authorities indicated there is no evidence of foul play, a full toxicology report on the deceased individual is currently pending.

Police are requesting anyone with information about the event to contact their department by phone at 814-234-7150, by email at [email protected], or through an anonymous tip on their website.
