[Photo Story] Bellefonte Brick Studio

Calling all Lego lovers!

Jon and Meredith Houser opened Bellefonte Brick Studio at 104 N. Allegheny St. in July in Bellefonte to provide a one-stop shop for Lego builders.

Bellefonte Brick Studio sells a variety of Lego sets, hosts workshops, and yields space to construct Legos within the storefront. Some of the store’s featured sets have less than 100 pieces, while others boast several thousand, and the Housers and studio staff also purchase bulk bricks and new and used Lego sets.

Bellefonte Brick Studio is home to a wide range of Lego sets and tables to sit at and get creative.

Shelves line the walls with Lego sets ready for purchase, including flower bouquets, FC Barcelona’s Camp Nou, or specialty-themed sets like “Friends” or “Star Wars.”

Some Lego structure designs are on display throughout the store, like a whimsical Ferris wheel and merry-go-round in the front window.

Even Perry the Platypus and Lady Liberty are proudly exhibited.

For customers looking for that perfect Lego minifigure, there are dozens displayed for individual purchase ranging from the superhero franchises to food-themed characters.

Folks also have their selection of just about any Lego brick to complete the construction of that one project with a missing piece.
