Penn State Women’s Volleyball Jumps One Spot To No. 14 In AVCA Poll

After picking up two conference wins against Illinois and Minnesota, Penn State women’s volleyball moved up one spot to No. 14 in the AVCA poll

The Nittany Lions had 110 kills across the two games and 62 against Minnesota alone for a season-high single-game total. The team also had a season-high 58 assists against the Gophers. 

Mac Podraza combined for 79 assists in the two contests including 47 assists against Minnesota. This performance led her to being named Big Ten Co-Setter of the Week. 

Penn State will return to Rec Hall for the first time in over two weeks to take on Indiana at 7 p.m. on Friday, October 6.
