Penn State Men’s Lacrosse’s Alex Ross Selected No. 8 By New York Atlas In PLL Draft

Alex Ross is going pro.

The Penn State men’s lacrosse defender was selected by the New York Atlas with the No. 8 overall pick in Tuesday’s PLL Draft.

Ross, a senior, leads Penn State with 18 caused turnovers this year and was named a midseason first-team All-American by Inside Lacrosse last week.

As a junior, he was named to the All-Big Ten second team after causing 24 turnovers and scooping 31 ground balls. He was also a second-team All-Big Ten selection as a sophomore.
