Penn State Wrestling To Wear Pink & Black Alternate Singlets In Bryce Jordan Center Dual

The retro uniform trend continues to spread, folks.

Penn State wrestling announced it would debut new alternate singlets for the annual Bryce Jordan Center dual against Rutgers on Monday, February 12. The singlets feature Penn State’s original pink and black color combination.

After men’s soccer unveiled its pink and black kits this fall, we brainstormed some other Penn State sports that should design their own retro uniforms. It seems like the wrestling team heard the call.

Fans were also encouraged to wear black to the dual, a rare black out theme to contrast the typical “wear white” theme Penn State is known for.

The Nittany Lions have started the season 2-0 following wins over Lehigh and Hofstra. Their next matchup will take place against Oregon State on Friday, January 5, in Corvallis, Oregon.
