A Guide To Breakfast At THON 2024

Whether you’re standing for the entire 46 hours in the stands or pulling an overnight shift while working THON, you’ll inevitably get hungry. Luckily, the Bryce Jordan Center has plenty of options to kick off your morning strong to keep you fueled and dancing for the rest of the weekend.

Sandwiches

There are the classic options of sausage, egg, and cheese, as well as ham, egg, and cheese. Both sandwiches will run you around $5. It’s also possible to get a ham and cheese sandwich on a muffin if you’re into that. If you want something different, you could opt for a Chick-fil-A-style chicken breakfast sandwich at plenty of stands around the concourse.

On-The-Go Options

You can never go wrong with a chicken basket and fries, or a Chickie’s and Pete’s bucket of crab fries. If you want something with more protein, there are hoagies available at Pick & Roll and House of Hoagies that you could pair with a Gatorade. There are also cinnamon raisin, blueberry, and plain muffins available along with bagels and waffles.

Aside from just feeding your body, it’s also important to start your morning off well by hydrating. Electrolyte drinks such as Gatorade, LifeWTR, and Propel are available around the concourse and a great way to maintain your body’s hydration throughout the weekend. Single-serve fruits and fruit juices such as orange and apple juice are also being sold for $1 if you’re not a fan of breakfast but still need some fuel.

Coffee

Although it’s not recommended to drink caffeine during THON to avoid a crash, coffee and other caffeinated beverages are available on the concourse.
