Lee will take over for Jimmy Kennedy, who left Penn State to work for David Taylor at Oklahoma State.
Along with events in the Pattee and Paterno Libraries, events will be held in libraries across campus.
Kyle Lehman and TJ Malone each earned weekly awards from the Big Ten on Tuesday.
Pavlik's award was the 10th time he received the honor.
