[Photo Story] Greek Letters At THON 2024

Whether you attended THON for one minute or the whole 46 hours, you undoubtedly saw the massive, colorful letters around the Bryce Jordan Center representing a multitude of different fraternities and sororities at Penn State.

Members of the organizations take turns holding the signs, typically, dancing, hopping, and waving the creative cardboard letters around.

We took a trip around the BJC to capture some of these letters in action.

Zeta Beta Tau and Sigma Sigma Sigma repped “Toy Story”-themed letters with vibrant, exciting art.

Trilogy and Phi Sigma Kappa rolled with a “Despicable Me” theme with minions galore.

Delta Phi Epsilon, meanwhile, opted for Pixar’s “Monsters Inc.” for its theme.

Along with fat heads galore, Alpha Tau Omega and Zeta Tau Alpha showcased a “Madagascar” theme, featuring Alex the Lion and Marty the Zebra.

Nostalgic childhood themes stole the show in 2024, donning Mario Brothers art.

But where’s Luigi?

Gammacacia’s letters, a crowd favorite among Four Diamonds children and families, sported a 10-letter “Paw Patrol” theme.

Everything is awesome!
