Report: Former Penn State Football Wide Receiver Tyler Johnson Transfers To East Carolina

Former Penn State football wide receiver Tyler Johnson has signed to transfer to East Carolina, per Pete Nakos of On3.

Johnson appeared in 10 games at Penn State but didn’t record any stats. He has two years of eligibility remaining. Johnson, a Martinsville, Virginia, native, was a three-star recruit in the class of 2022 and has appeared primarily on special teams this season.

Johnson joins former Penn State running back London Montgomery, who transferred to the Pirates last year.
