Power Ranking Sorority Bid Day 2025 Themes
Another Bid Day has come and gone, folks.
Featuring matching T-shirts, creative slogans, and decked-out venues, Bid Day is a big part of college culture. Whether you were part of the action or followed along through social media, the Bid Day themes are hands down the most fascinating parts of recruitment.
Without further ado, here’s Onward State’s official ranking of the Bid Day 2025 themes.
18. Alpha Delta Pi — Diamonds Gotta Shine
To put it bluntly, this theme lacks everything from creativity to execution. Maybe the real “diamonds” were the friends we made along the way.
17. Alpha Sigma Alpha — With Love, ASA
Although the Valentine’s Day theme and colors are pretty timely, the execution fell short. The shirts were alright, but overall, the theme was kind of bland. Sorry to be so heartless, ASA.
16. Delta Phi Epsilon — DPHIE Is A Girls’ Best Friend
The parody of the classic Marilyn Monroe song mixed with Tiffany & Co. just didn’t shine. The decorations were lacking, and the execution didn’t give much. Maybe a better theme is a girl’s best friend.
15. Phi Sigma Sigma — Next Stop: Phi Sig
The sisters of Phi Sig took a road trip this Bid Day. The shirts and hats were a nice touch, but the overall theme was pretty bland compared to “My My Miss American Phi Sig” last year.
14. Zeta Tau Alpha — Welcome Aboard
Aye aye, captain ZTA!
This theme isn’t terrible, but it would’ve been cool to see more props and decor. We’ll just go ahead and walk the plank.
13. Alpha Omicron Pi — Sweet As AOII
Alpha Omicron Pi’s sisters showed their sweet side this Bid Day. Complete with candy necklaces, these girls had a simple but sweet theme.
12. Delta Gamma — Camp DeeGee
DG set up camp with a nostalgic and fun theme. Would’ve been cool to throw in a few tents, though.
11. Delta Zeta — Mission DZ
Did someone say “ten-hut”? DZ’s newest pledge class went undercover with this one.
The camo was fitting, but the execution and decor could’ve used some more flare. Other than that, mission accomplished, DZ.
10. Sigma Kappa — You’re Our Cup Of Tea
This theme is classy and elegant with decent execution. Spill that tea, Sig Kap.
9. Sigma Delta Tau — Calling All Sig Delts
Not going to lie, this theme is kind of random and has a lot going on, but it’s creative and actually works pretty well. The photo-op setup and props were right on the nose and showed some love to London.
8. Kappa Kappa Gamma — Kappa On Kover
Kappa showed up and showed out this Bid Day, making it Vogue cover-worthy. The shirt designs were well-made and the theme was fitting for one of Penn State’s top sororities.
7. Kappa Alpha Theta — Snow Place Like Theta
“OOOH, it’s cold in here, there must be some alphas Thetas in the atmosphere.”
Dressed head to toe in blue and white, the sisters of Theta took skiing to the next level with a Bid Day that looked snow much fun. I mean, c’mon, they literally had a ball pit.
6. Pi Beta Phi — Lucky To Be A Pi Phi
Pi Phi hit the jackpot this year. The casino themes might be a bit overdone, but these ladies played their cards right and executed it well. What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas, right?
5. Sigma Sigma Sigma — Say ‘I Do’ To Sigma
The sisters of Sigma Sigma Sigma got down on one knee this Bid Day. Between the massive “I Do” lights, the champagne tower, the decorations, and the overall creativity, it’s safe to say its PNMs didn’t get cold feet. Enjoy the honeymoon, Tri Sig!
4. Alpha Phi — Wild About PC ’25
APhi, give your recruitment chair a raise. Equipped with animal print and a catchy slogan, this theme was fun and fitting.
3. Alpha Xi Delta — Xi Big Leagues
A moon bounce, jerseys, and inflatable baseballs? Sign us up. The sisters of Alpha Xi Delta hit a grand slam this year, making it all the way to home(base). Between the play on words and the jerseys, these ladies hit a home run.
2. Kappa Delta — Enjoy KD
Having a Coca-Cola theme inside a diner, complete with “KD” Coke bottles, is pure genius. Although the theme has been done before, you can’t lie, the execution, props, and color schemes are spot on and give a retro vibe. Enjoy, KD!
1. Gamma Phi Beta — Want This Forever
“Can you feel it now,” GPhi?
Coming in at No. 1 on our list, Gamma Phi Beta’s theme is definitely something to ~rave~ about. From the fits to the unique theme, we can tell the vibes were high all night long. John Summit would be so proud.
