Report: Penn State Football’s Sal Wormley Signs With Jacksonville Jaguars As Undrafted Free Agent

Penn State offensive lineman Sal Wormley has signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent, per Aaron Wilson. Wormley was expected to be a late round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft but missed hearing his name in Green Bay.

The New Jersey native was recruited out of Smyrna, Delaware, where he was viewed as a three-star recruit and No. 17 guard in the nation, per the 247Sports Composite.

After redshirting his freshman year, the shortened 2020 season, and missing his redshirt sophomore year due to injury, Wormley started all 26 games for the next two seasons for the Nittany Lions. He received All-Big Ten honorable mention distinctions in both seasons.

Although he didn’t receive an invite to the NFL Combine, he attended Penn State’s Pro Day, producing an 8’1″ Broad Jump and a 5.29-second 40-yard dash.
