Penn State Hoops To Host Shippensburg For Exhibition Game October 26

Penn State men’s basketball will host Shippensburg for an exhibition game on Sunday, October 26, the team announced Tuesday afternoon.

The Nittany Lions will also hit the road for a charity exhibition against Dayton on October 19, while the regular season is set to begin on November 3 at home against Fairfield.

Head coach Mike Rhoades is set for his third year at the helm of Penn State, and his team will feature eight freshmen and two transfers, with just three returning players.

Shippensburg went 7-14 in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference last year and 10-19 overall.

A tip-off time for the exhibition against Shippensburg, which will be played at the Bryce Jordan Center, will be announced at a later date.
