Things More Likely To Happen Before Joe Paterno’s Win Record Gets Topped

Penn State football’s history is a rich one, but it’s led by one man and one man only.

With a 52-6 win over Villanova this past weekend, head coach James Franklin tied Rip Engle for the second-most wins in program history with 104. He still trails Joe Paterno, who coached from 1966-2011, by 305 wins.

Berkey Creamery Allowing You To Mix Flavors

If you didn’t already know, mixing flavors is a major no-no at the creamery and the only time it happened was in 1996 when former President Bill Clinton made a stop in Happy Valley. I’ve always wanted to try Death by Chocolate mixed with Bittersweet Mint, and it could become possible before someone breaks Paterno’s record.

Oh wait. Scratch that one.

The Penn State Wrestling Dynasty Ending

Cael Sanderson’s got this program running like the college sports world has never seen, and has won 12 of the last 13 team national championships. Will the dynasty ever end? Maybe, just maybe, before anyone reached 409.

East Halls Getting Renovated Again

With the fresh renovations East Halls got a few years ago, it should be quite some time before those dorms need to be touched again. Will it happen before Franklin wins 305 more games, though?
