Penn State Men’s Hockey Releases Promotional Game Schedule

Penn State men’s hockey released its 2025-26 promotional schedule, with seven different themes spread throughout the season.

The Nittany Lions open it up with the Frozen Four Banner Unveiling against Clarkson in the home opener on October 9. It’ll be the first Frozen Four banner hung up in Pegula Ice Arena for the men’s hockey program.

Penn State will then host Jersey Night against LIU on October 17, followed by Hockey Halloween vs. Stonehill on October 24 to close out the themes for October.

The annual Teddy Bear Toss game will take place on November 15 against Michigan. The Teddy Bear Toss invites fans to bring a teddy bear to throw onto the ice during the first intermission. Every bear thrown is donated to Four Diamonds children currently being treated for pediatric cancer in conjunction with THON.

Senior Celly night will be against RIT on January 4, 2026, the second game out following winter break. It will be followed by The Mighty Nittany Lions night on January 10, 2026, against Minnesota.

Finally, the Wear White game against Wisconsin will be on March 6, 2026, to round off the schedule. This season’s schedule is a few nights shorter in comparison to last season’s ten themed nights.
