[Photo Story] Exploring The Spookiness Around Penn State

During the day, Penn State’s campus is beautiful and alive with energy, but when the sun sets, things can get a little spooky.

Of course, our photographers set out to capture every scary nook and cranny of Penn State’s campus and downtown.

The eerie lights that illuminate the buildings and walkways across campus always give me a queasy feeling at night.

When downtown becomes a ghost town in the late hours of the night, it always feels like there’s something waiting for you around the corner.

The alleyways on Calder Way always give me the creeps.

And the spookiest of them all are definitely the lines for bars on Halloween night.

Happy Halloween, folks! Stay safe.
