Penn State To Provide Support For Students Impacted By SNAP Interruptions

Penn State is offering support to students who are affected by the recent SNAP benefit interruptions.

Students experiencing difficulty in meeting food or basic needs at any Penn State campus are encouraged to reach out for help through Student Care and Advocacy. Students will be connected with a case manager to help identify resources after completing the Basic Needs Assistance Request form.

The Student Care and Advocacy website will be updated with information as it evolves. Penn State itself does not administer SNAP benefits, but the university will help students navigate the change and find access to essentials.
