Your Pinstripe Bowl Weather Report

It’s officially time for the Pinstripe Bowl, folks!

Penn State will face Clemson in the Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, New York. This will mark the second time Penn State has appeared in the Pinstripe Bowl in its 15-year run.

Let’s look at the latest forecasts for this chilly face-off.

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect from 4 p.m. Friday until 1 p.m. Saturday. Snow is likely to start falling in the Bronx around 3 p.m., worsening overnight. Four to eight inches of snow is expected, along with some sleet.

AccuWeather recommends avoiding traveling overnight, with reduced visibility and icy roads.

Saturday will be a chilly game day with a high of 34° according to AccuWeather. The expected RealFeel and RealFeel Shade are 21° with the storm watch carrying into the game.

There’s a 58% chance of precipitation, but only a 17% in the afternoon, and 99% cloud coverage with wind gusts up to 20 mph.

By the evening, temperatures will drop down to 24° with a RealFeel of 21°. There’s a 25% chance of precipitation and gusts of wind up to 13 mph.

Kickoff will be at noon and, for those who can’t attend, will be live on ABC.
