Report: Penn State Football Running Back Tikey Hayes Enters Transfer Portal

Penn State football running back Tikey Hayes has entered the transfer portal, according to Pete Nakos. Hayes leaves Happy Valley with four years of eligibility.

Hayes, an Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, native, did not record any stats in his first season with the Nittany Lions, struggling to see the field in a loaded running back room.

A four-star recruit out of high school, Hayes committed to Penn State over West Virginia. James Franklin brought in Hayes and fellow four-star running back commit Jabree Coleman to the blue and white in the Class of 2025.

The Nittany Lions have lost 51 players to the transfer portal this season.
