Penn State Women’s Lacrosse’s Erika Ho Earns Preseason All-American Nod

Penn State women’s lacrosse attacker Erika Ho was named an honorable mention to the USA Lacrosse Preseason All-American list, the team announced on Tuesday.

The captain became one of the nation’s top draw takers last season, winning 112 draw controls in her 2025 campaign, ranking 23rd nationally and fourth in the Big Ten with an average of seven per game. She was the third Nittany Lion in program history to surpass 100 draw wins.

Ho was also an offensive force, leading the Nittany Lions with 46 goals, 56 points — 14 free-position goals and three game-winning — and 26 ground balls. She was also inside the top-10 in the Big Ten in goals, goals per game, and points per game.

Penn State will kick off its first season under head coach Kayla Treanor on the road at noon on Saturday, February 7, against the Richmond Spiders.
