[Photo Story] Penn State Softball’s 2025-26 Season

Penn State softball’s season officially came to an end after a loss to UCLA in the Big Ten Tournament quarterfinal. They finished their season with a 32-21 record but went 11-13 in conference games.

Our photographers were at Beard Field to capture all the action throughout the season. Let’s take a look at the season through their lenses.

Stepping into the batter’s box, the Nittany Lions meant business, hitting 84 home runs this season.

With 336 RBIs, the Nittany Lions made every run count.

The Penn State pitchers held opponents to 54 home runs this season and had a .268 batting average.

Our photographers captured all kinds of action and emotion on the field.

Though the Nittany Lions’ season has come to an end, it was a great time for all involved.
