Three-Star Offensive Tackle Oscar Webersink Commits To Penn State Football

Class of 2027 three-star offensive tackle Oscar Webersink has committed to Penn State football, he announced on X on Tuesday.
The 6’8″ 290-pounder from Oakdale, Connecticut, is the No. 3-ranked player in the state, No. 76 offensive tackle in the class, and No. 906 player nationally, per 247Sports’ Composite rankings.
Before his career at St. Thomas More High School, Webersink played on the offensive line for the Tyresö Royal Crowns and the Stockholm Mean Machines in his home country of Sweden. Both teams are part of Superserien, Sweden’s premier league of American football.
While already big in stature, it was perhaps Webersink’s sneaky athleticism that caught the attention of Ryan Clanton. He tallied an impressive 4.9 40-yard dash and 8-foot-10 broad jump, according to Christopher Sheppard of Nittany Lions Wire.
Webersink chose Penn State over Florida State, Maryland, Wake Forest, and West Virginia.
