Japanese Lifestyle Store Jolife Set To Open October 1
Looking to add a little whimsy to your day? Look no further, folks.
Jolife, a Japanese lifestyle store, is set to host a soft opening Thursday before its grand opening Friday at 121 S. Allen Street.
The store will offer a variety of products across categories, including beauty, snacks, blind boxes, stationery, and much more.
Jolife’s beauty collection will include popular brands such as Medicube, while its collectibles will include some fan-favorite characters, such as Smiskis, Sonny Angels, and Pokémon.
The store plans to be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Sunday, though hours may change.
For the owner Tiffany Lu Jolife is more than just what customers can buy.
“In college, I know students are under a lot of pressure,” Lu told Onward State. “When they come into the store, I hope they can see the beauty items and the cute things and feel relaxed.”
Lu added that the store’s name reflects the experience that she hopes to create for customers.
“That’s why we named it Jolife. We hope everyone just enjoys life,” Lu said.
