Penn State-Minnesota Set For 7 P.M. Kickoff On FS1

Penn State football’s November 14 kickoff against the Minnesota Golden Gophers is set for a 7 p.m. kickoff on FS1, according to Penn State’s website.

The game will mark the Nittany Lions’ third true night game of the season, after USC and Northwestern.

Penn State and Minnesota last faced off in 2024, when the Nittany Lions eeked out a 26-25 win in a thriller. The game featured a fourth-quarter fake punt that sealed the deal for the blue and white, all but securing them a spot in the College Football Playoff.

The last time Minnesota head coach PJ Fleck’s squad played under the lights of Beaver Stadium was in 2022, when the Golden Gophers came to town for the annual White Out game. Penn State won that contest 45-17.

The Nittany Lions are 11-6 all time against Minnesota. The teams play for control of the Governor’s Victory Bell, one of the Big Ten’s unique rivalry game trophies.
