Apparently Onward State wasn’t the only blog up to April Fool’s shenanigans as hiphopwired.com reported that at a Weezy concert at “University, PA” Drake was supposed to be part of surprise performance but was fired from Wayne’s Young Money label after a heated backstage spat.
Last night, Young Money and crew brought their shit to the BJC in their "I am Music 2" tour featuring Travis Barker, Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj and Weezy. If you were one of the thousands of students there, you saw how epic the show was with special guests, fireballs and fireworks and a hell of a lot of songs we hadn't heard in years.
This April, SPA will celebrate their 2nd Annual April Fool’s Comedy Month and trust me, it’s no joke with some of the acts they have booked. The event will feature several comedians throughout the month that will keep you laughing until the end of May.
Penn State has a proud tradition academics, football, drinking and... porn? Apparently so, since Penn State student Aisha Jamal (aka "Laila Rose") will appear in the April 2011 edition of Playboy with, um, lots to share.
Okay. So Penn State pools together almost a quarter of a million dollars for all the end-of-the-year concerts to combine and ultimately become one epic music experience that (should) provide most of the students with some entertainment. Think again.
