It's not even Thanksgiving yet and Christmas has arrived in Happy Valley, much to the dismay of many. Does the early arrival of the holiday season turn you into a Grinch? Fear not, for you're not alone!

I can’t imagine going through all this nonsense as a freshman, and I suppose this plea is mainly for them. I can promise you this; if you’ve only been on campus for less than three months, this is not the Penn State that I fell in love with. The news of Jerry Sandusky's charges has brought up many emotions. Unfortunately, many people are focusing on the wrong issue. Let's not think about how this hurt PSU, but rather how PSU can help.

Last night, Altoona locals Eyes Wide performed along side Russell Dauberman and Andrew Woomer at Waring Commons for The Asylum Haiti fundraiser. With a five dollar donation at the door, students relaxed to an acoustic setting that reminded me of a camp fire or an open-mic night at a cafe.
