
Way back in January 2010, Penn State's Full Ammo Improv Troupe organized a legendary comedy event: RAWR, a festival dedicated to bringing great improv comedy to Penn State. Now, after three years and countless Sunday night shows in Forum, it's happening again.

Chip Kidd, the man behind the Jurassic Park logo and a Penn State graduate, stopped by State College last night to give a talk to a packed room.

The University Police Department is now offering a free self defense class open to all female students. The course is completely free and works to educate women on how to avoid or prevent dangerous situations from occurring, as well as teaches women how to defend themselves should a situation arise.

Arriving a few minutes early for the Urban Gaming Club meeting, I sat by myself in an empty room in Willard wondering what exactly the next hour of my life was going to be like. I had expected this meeting to be sitting in a classroom with Nerf darts flying in the air, people talking over one another and general dysfunctional every where. For the most part, I was right. But I was also surprisingly wrong.

Leonard Bernstein's Mass is coming to Penn State. Mass will be performed as part of a collaboration between Penn State's School of Music, School of Theatre and Center for the Performing Arts, at 7:30 p.m. on April 5th and 6th and 2:00 p.m. on April 6th in the Eisenhower Auditorium.
