BRGR was able to strike a deal for the building in the past six months or so, as the new goal is to open Happy Valley location -- the restaurant's first outside of Pittsburgh -- in early January 2019.
Carry-out beer will be available in the coming weeks in coolers along the south side of the store.
Featuring something for everyone -- musicals, belly dance, improv circus arts, drama and puppets, to name a few -- the weekend will have performances, readings, workshops and plenty of friendly-family activities.
The new Skeller will open in time for Arts Fest, although the Troskos have yet to announce a specific date.
The store was located on East College Ave. on the property purchased by the Herlocher family in June 2017.
