
A former Beta Theta Pi member on Tuesday became the seventh defendant this month and 17th overall to plead guilty in the Penn State fraternity hazing case.

Victoria Bushman alleges that she was knocked over by two other students -- Adam Warburton and Patrick Mullery -- who were wrestling in the hallway of the house. The two fell onto her and Bushman suffered "serious and permanent" injuries to her right wrist and arm.

Jonah Neuman became the 14th defendant in the case to plead guilty to negotiated misdemeanor charges.

Michael Fernandez, Brian Gelb, Donald Prior and Joseph Sala each pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges, including hazing, bringing the total number of guilty pleas in the case to 13.
