Safety issues with students traveling was the reason behind the cancellation of these fundraising activities -- with THON reporting three different car accidents in the past month involving student volunteers on fundraising trips.

The HUB was filled with students volunteering for committees and organizations to complete the week-long fundraising event, the One Day Campaign.
If the THON 2019 fundraising total remains on par with the funds raised in 2018, the One Day campaign will be responsible for about 5 percent of the total.
THON would not provide information about how many student volunteers were involved or any injuries that occurred.
The Stills have appeared multiple times at THON's annual 46-hour no sitting, no sleeping dance marathon, telling their story and reminding volunteers why the philanthropic work THON does is so important.
