"The doors [to the BJC] are closed and they will not be reopening," said a PR captain. The BJC officially reached "capacity" shortly before 4 a.m., despite many empty seats in the seating bowl. Rules and Regs members had been letting people enter periodically since then, although now no one else will be permitted to enter.
