Many of you are familiar with Emily Whitehead, a THON child, who recently was the first child to receive a CART-19 T-Cell transplant. Since the procedure, Emily has significantly recovered. Savannah Smith, a communications student here at Penn State, recently put together a multimedia video focusing on Emily's miraculous turnaround.

Each year, the Campus Outreach Students Committee, a subcommittee of the THON Communications team, produces a video to motivate students to get involved with THON.

We're sure you've been invited to multiple fundraising events each and every day, but sometimes, it's just tough to keep track of them all. That's where Onward State comes in. We've constructed a calendar listing all of the THON fundraising events to help you fight pediatric cancer FTK.

Can't wait 18 more days to start dancing FTK? With THON 2013 just under three weeks away, the Blue & White Society (@BWS_PSU_UP) is orchestrating a 46-minute, mini-THON on Thursday, January 31 at the Hintz Family Alumni Center from 6 p.m. till 8 p.m.

The Dance MaraTHON Alumni Interest Group helps Penn State alums keep up-to-date on all things FTK!

Are you dancing in THON this year? Check out what one of our writers is doing to prepare herself, and share your own stories inside!
