Joe Biden Rally Tickets Free To Students (UPDATED)

Vice President Joe Biden will speak at a rally on the Penn State University Park campus next Tuesday (September 28) at 1:30 pm.

According to the Organizing for America event page, doors for the Biden rally will open at 12:00 pm.
