The LION 90.7fm Celebrates Birthday Friday

The LION 90.7fm will be celebrating its 15th birthday from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday. The day also marks 59 years of student radio at Penn State.

According to the Facebook event page, the LION will celebrate with live music and prize giveaways. Students who show up at the studio in room 009 in the HUB, behind the fish tank, will have a chance to win cash, computer store gift cards, new Bob Dylan CDs and football tickets for next season, among other things.

There will also be cupcakes from Ndulge. Those alone should be tempting enough to make you want to show up.
