Football weekends in Happy Valley are in full swing. Alcohol is a fixture here. Lawn and drinking games are a staple. And then, there's the food. Students have already begun planning for next year's annual Movin' On festival, set to take place April 26. The first step that the student body can be a part of is an online survey, which can be found here. The survey includes a comments box to specify a desired headliner, and 16 music genres to rank in order of preference.

According to an Associated Press report, Penn State has hired the Washington D.C. based law firm of Ken Feinberg in the school’s effort to settle what will likely be dozens of personal injury claims correlated to the actions of former defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky. Feinberg is most known for operating the September 11 victim fund and has also helped resolve claims from the infamous BP oil spill and the massacre at Virginia Tech, among others.
