Tyler Ferguson Transferring At End Of Semester

Quarterback Tyler Ferguson, who transferred to Penn State from junior college this past offseason, has elected to leave the Nittany Lions football program and was granted a release. Ferguson will transfer at the end of the semester, but his destination is not yet clear.

It's that time of year again, the time where the Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management majors serve up some delicious food via their creative theme dinners. Last nights dinner, titled Spirited Food, aimed to create "beer, wine, and spirit infused cuisine." Not ones to pass up on a good meal (especially one with alcohol in the title) myself as well as staff writer Steve Boyle and newly poached Black Sheep writer Noel Purcell, took it upon ourselves to treat ourselves while serving up our own review.

Chi Phi regained admission to the IFC about a year ago after alumni spent five years running a successful fundraising campaign. The house underwent a $1.4 million renovation, and now it's one of the most badass frat houses in all the land. Check it out.

Handing Out Awards To The 2013 Penn State Football Team

It was an up and down season that included low points such as the blowout road loss in Columbus and high points like upset victories over ranked opponents in Michigan and Wisconsin. In the end, the Nittany Lions finished 7-5 and posted another winning record under Bill O'Brien's leadership in the sanction era. Let's take a look back at the season and hand out five awards to some of the more outstanding players on the team in 2013.
