Male Student Accused of Attacking 18-Year-Old Female

A Penn State student is accused of attacking an 18-year-old female, causing her to require reconstructive surgery and brain surgery.

Sean Urbain, 20, is bound for trial on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, and reckless endangerment following his preliminary hearing Wednesday. He was unable to post bail of $100,000, so he was incarcerated.
