Blue-White Weekend is no doubt one of the best weekends at Penn State, and this evening's news makes that all the more true. James Franklin announced at The Signature Event in Rec Hall that the 2015 Blue-White Game will kick at 4 p.m. on April 18, a departure from its usual noon kickoff time.
