BJC Offering Free Student Tickets for Tonight’s Basketball Game

First, the University cancels classes until 10 a.m. Then, for the first time in seven years, they extend the cancellation all day. Now, in an effort to make today feel even more amazing than Christmas, the Bryce Jordan Center announced free tickets for anyone with a student ID for tonight’s Senior Night festivities. What more can we ask for?

Tonight’s game, a 6 p.m. clash with No. 23 Ohio State, will be the last home game of the season. In celebration of Senior Night, fans will receive a D.J. Newbill bobblehead to mark the star’s last game at the Bryce Jordan Center. While the season hasn’t gone quite according to plan for the Nittany Lions, anything is possible, especially against the Buckeyes.

The weather has already created problems for the Buckeyes’ travel plans, but the team arrived in State College safely and the game will start on schedule.

So with no classes and free tickets, there is absolutely zero reason not to be at the BJC tonight to send the seniors off with the atmosphere they deserve. So please, for the love of god, go to this basketball game tonight.

Mike Reisman

is a senior Supply Chain Management major with an Economics minor (Read: Business Douche) from South Jersey. He has an intense fear of graduating so please don't bring it up. He writes about stupid things nobody cares about, and student life if the site is low on content that is clearly supposed be funny but is really very unfunny. He is lovingly (?) known around the staff as Baby Mike which may or may not be because he has a child (hint: it’s not). He’s also a second generation Penn Stater who has been wearing Penn State sweatshirts since before he was two, a habit he hasn’t grown out of.
