Alumni Associations Nationwide Host THON Viewing Parties

Can’t make it to the BJC this weekend but still want to watch THON festivities with your fellow Nittany Lions? Penn State Alumni Associations across the country could have you covered. A number of chapters will host THON final four watch parties on Sunday.

Here’s where you can hook up with other Penn Staters #FTK:

Washington, D.C.

noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, February 18
The Exchange, 1719 G St NW, Washington, District of Columbia 20006

Attending the watch event or tweeting a picture of you donating to THON DC grants entry into a drawing for a $100 gift card.

New York City

11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, February 18
Tonic East, 411 3rd Ave, New York, New York 10016

A $10 donation automatically enters you in a raffle for a variety of great Penn State prizes.

Philadelphia

noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, February 18
Field House, 1150 Filbert St, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19107

A $5 donation at the door will get you a wristband for access to special pricing on drinks and select appetizers, and $1 from each drink sale will benefit THON.

Triangle Area, North Carolina

noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, February 18
Dave and Buster’s at Cary Towne Center

Adult tickets are $30, while children enter for free. A silent auction will be held with more than 35 prizes including gift cards to local restaurants, Penn State memorabilia, and a two-night stay at Atlantic Beach.

Chester County, PA
