Incumbents Oldsey, Doran, Brown Re-Elected Alumni Trustees
Bill Oldsey, Barb Doran, and Ted Brown have been re-elected as alumni trustees. They’ll begin new three-year terms on July 1.
A total of 14,644 ballots were cast in the election, with results announced Friday afternoon at the Board of Trustees meeting. The incumbents defeated only one newcomer, Jeffrey Ballou, who’s currently news editor for the Americas with Al Jazeera Media Network’s English language channel in Washington, D.C.
Doran has been a member of the Board of Trustees since July 2013. She’s currently managing partner, chief investment officer at BD8 Capital Partners in New York City.
Brown has been a member of the Board of Trustees since July 2013. After a 30-year career with IBM, he now serves as president and CEO of KETCHConsulting in State College.
Oldsey has been a member of the Board of Trustees since July 2013. He previously served as executive vice president of McGraw-Hill and is now an independent consultant in educational publishing and an operating partner at Atlas Advisors.
Oldsey, Doran, and Brown will begin their new terms before the Board’s July meeting at Penn State Brandywine.
