The Official Penn State-Auburn Drinking Game

At long last, folks, the big day is finally here.

Saturday night, No. 10 Penn State football will clash against No. 22 Auburn during a full-fledged Beaver Stadium White Out. With ESPN’s College GameDay on campus, too, you already know we’re in for a wild weekend.

Whether you’re drinking with friends or watching from home and hoping to numb the pain of missing out on the stadium experience, we’ve got you covered. Without further ado, sit back, crack open a cold one, and enjoy this week’s *official* drinking game.

  • Before kickoff, enjoy a beer. The best day of the year is here, damn it! This is practically Penn State fans’ Christmas morning.
  • Chug a drink when Adam Taliferro walks out as Penn State’s honorary captain. Now that is something worth drinking for.
  • Bottoms up when Penn State scores its first touchdown. Here’s to many more, folks.
  • Throw back a shot when (if?) Auburn scores. Ouch!
  • Take a loooooong sip if Jordan Stout hits a touchback. You know what? He’s 13-for-13 this season, so you might as well just do it now in preparation.
  • We’ve heard a number of special guests, including DaeSean Hamilton and Grant Haley, are coming to town for the game. Take a nice swig if you spot a friend on TV.
  • Big gulps are required for every Penn State sack and interception. Hey, this defense is scary! Extra points if our boy Arnold Ebiketie makes a play.
  • Take a few good sips every time Kirk Herbstreit or Chris Fowler mention how much they love the White Out. Even if the over is 1,000 mentions, we’re taking it.
  • Cheer and finish your drink if Penn State wins. 3-0, baby! Two ranked wins is certainly worth celebrating.
  • Finish every drink in sight if Penn State loses. We have a long week ahead of us, folks.

As always, have fun, stay safe, and drink responsibly.
