Dom DeLuca Returning To Penn State Football For 2025 Season

Penn State football linebacker Dom DeLuca will return to the program for the 2025 season, he announced Wednesday. DeLuca, a rising redshirt senior, has one year of eligibility left.
DeLuca began his Penn State career as a walk-on, but became a special teams ace during the 2022 season and made an impact at linebacker. After the season, he was placed on scholarship. Before the start of the 2024 season, DeLuca was named a team captain.
DeLuca has made 44 appearances and five stars in his Penn State career, all five starts coming last season. He’s notched 98 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles.
DeLuca joined several other NFL Draft-eligible Nittany Lions who announced their return for 2025, including four special teams starters, Nick Dawkins, Drew Allar, Zakee Wheatley, Zane Durant, Nick Singleton, Kaytron Allen, and Dani Dennis-Sutton.
